The award categories

There are 27 categories to enter, including 15 Skills categories, 6 Supplier categories and 5 Outstanding Achievement categories. There are also two categories for nominations.

Gold Awards

To enter one of the Outstanding Achievement categories a pharmacy or group must have entered at least one other category from the Skills categories:

Outstanding Individual Pharmacy
Outstanding Single Pharmacy in a Group
Outstanding Online Pharmacy
Outstanding Smaller Pharmacy Group (40 or fewer pharmacies)
Outstanding Larger Pharmacy Group (over 40 pharmacies)

Working Partnership
Outreach Service (information for schools, addiction centres, mother & baby, elderly, etc)
Pharmacy Service for Nursing Homes, Care Homes and Hospices
Pharmacy Service for Home Care
Consumer Education
Customer Service

Online & Digital
Design (pharmacy, department, signage, attire, packaging, etc)

Outstanding Achievement categories

Through nomination, rather than entry, the judges will consider nominations for two other awards:

Rising Star (for any pharmacist, aged 30 or less, making an impact)
Outstanding Individual
