Entry Fees

The Pharmacy Excellence Awards are business awards for businesses to enter. They are FREE OF CHARGE to enter for pharmacies and LPCs, but suppliers will be asked to pay a modest fee for each of their entries.

  • Pharmacies may enter free of charge
  • Local Pharmaceutical Committees are able to enter free of charge.
  • Suppliers/vendor companies will be charged £150 + VAT for each entry.

All entries and their bona fides are checked before they are added to the judging lists. Entries are then collated and bookmarked in portfolios for the ease of the judges. The judging panels are convened, the online judging process is supervised and any necessary judging event is hosted. The cost of items associated with the judging are covered; all marks to establish a benchmark for all categories are calculated; and the short lists of finalists are compiled and published.

Supplier companies will be asked to pay their fees at the time of entry, but any company wishing to make multiple entries and receive just one invoice for payment, may do so.

By way of advance notice, please note that we will always run an event to celebrate the success of Finalists after judging is complete. It may a physical event, where table places will be available at a rate per person, or an online event, where a fee per Finalist company will be made, but these charges will be additional to any entry fees. Being part of a physical event or online presentation is at the discretion of each Finalist company and the results declared are completely independent of participation.
