Entry Fees

The Pharmacy Excellence Awards are business awards for businesses to enter. There are real costs associated with processing the entries, checking for validity and eligibility and ensuring that an expert panel of judges is able to view all the entries impartially and on a level playing field within each category. As a result each entry will incur a fee.

  • Pharmacies will be asked for a fee of £100 + VAT for their first entry, but will only need to pay £50 + VAT for each subsequent entry.
  • Suppliers/vendor companies will be charged £200 + VAT for their first entry, but will pay a lower rate of £100 + VAT for any subsequent entry.
  • Local Pharmaceutical Committees are able to enter completely free of charge.

All entries and their bona fides are checked before they are added to the judging lists. Entries are then collated and bookmarked in portfolios for the ease of the judges. The judging panels are convened, the online judging process is supervised and any necessary judging event is hosted. The cost of items associated with the judging are covered; all marks to establish a benchmark for all categories are calculated; and the short lists of finalists are compiled and published.

Fees should be paid at the time of entry, but if you wish to make multiple entries and receive just one invoice for payment, this can be arranged.
